Include the workflow you tried, the time it failed, and the error message. Do not send passwords, API keys, private keys, access tokens, or refresh tokens.
For a plugin connection problem, say whether you are using ChatGPT, Codex, or another MCP client. If authentication has expired, reconnect through the client's sign-in flow. Provider credentials belong only in the Bid & Scale settings page, never in chat.
