Performance by device, geo, day, hour, age, gender or income, per campaign.

Smart Bidding ignores bid modifiers except a device -100 exclusion — each campaign's bidding_strategy is included so you can check before proposing one.
Requires a key with read scope or higher.
Returns 200 on success.
