Warehoused segment performance for one dimension — device, geo (targeted locations), day_of_week, hour, age, gender, or income — per campaign, with labeled buckets, currency units, current bid modifiers (device/geo/schedule) and each campaign's bidding strategy (Smart Bidding ignores bid modifiers except device -100; check before proposing one). This is THE segment-insight path — use it before gads_propose_device_bid_modifier / gads_propose_geo_bid_modifier / gads_propose_add_ad_schedule / gads_propose_ad_schedule_bid_modifier.
