Run the recurring account audit now (read-only compute — findings, deltas vs the previous audit, and the outcome review; it proposes nothing on its own). Use when getAuditReport says no run exists yet, or before a weekly review when the last audit is older than its cadence. Poll listAuditRuns, then getAuditReport.
Type: money-moving write. Every write is dry-run validated, then classified by the safe-apply policy — auto-applied when bounded and low-risk, otherwise queued for approval.
