Pause or re-enable an existing asset LINK (sitelink/callout/snippet/price/promotion/image on a campaign or the account) — e.g. turn back on a link someone paused in the UI. Re-attaching a paused asset with gads_propose_create_assets fails with "already exists"; this flips the link's status instead. Pass the LINK resource name from gads_get_asset_performance. Type: money-moving write. Every write is dry-run validated, then classified by the safe-apply policy — auto-applied when bounded and low-risk, otherwise queued for approval.
