Enqueue a full re-sync of the scoped account now (refuses while a sync is already running). Use after making changes in the Google Ads UI or when data looks stale; check gads_get_sync_status first.
Type: money-moving write. Every write is dry-run validated, then classified by the safe-apply policy — auto-applied when bounded and low-risk, otherwise queued for approval.
