gads_propose_detach_audience
Detach an audience criterion from a campaign or ad group (pass the criterion resource name from gads_list_audiences).

Type: money-moving write. Every write is dry-run validated, then classified by the safe-apply policy — auto-applied when bounded and low-risk, otherwise queued for approval.
